At heart I love all Z’s but the S30 is a cornerstone of automotive design so it takes it by a landslide. You can plug that bitch into any time period and it fits no matter what. Yoshihiko Matsuo was a genius.
If they do yank up the price, you could just install the 370 one. I think the only difference is the upper brake hose on the new car, but if you're decently skilled you can just fab up a custom line.
I will never understand how complete strangers think it’s totally ok to drive someone else’s vehicle without their permission. Even my closest friends need my permission to drive my car wtf is wrong with people.
I like Miura-san's work, especially his s30 kit, but I'm not feeling the arches on this one. It reminds me of the worst part of the wrx. The bumper is definitely amazing though, perfect modernization of the G-nose.
Yeah Seibon’s dry carbon doors and shit are just the outer shell without any structural support built in. They expect you to have a roll cage because “off road use only”. Structural dry carbon stuff would have to be custom made and that = $$$$$$
I highly doubt you'll find Wats bigger than 17s. They really only cater to old school Japanese classics. But Rotiform makes a wheel called MLW which is a carbon copy of the RS8 and they're available in a size that'll fit the new Z.
Z1 sells these as "Nismo 370z front brake caliper upgrade kit". And since they're already an OE part from Nissan, could the front calipers just be these? The rear calipers that match these are 2 piston which explains why the stock Akebonos are on the rear.
The Supra is hideous, rear looks like melted cheese and the front looks like a blobfish. Overall it looks like a crumpled up piece of paper. Z is gonna age much more gracefully.
Mr. Midnight mentions around 6:15 that there’s an actual physical connection with the steering rack. So it’s not that awful system from the Qs. Hopefully it feels close to the hydraulic setup in my G.
