Shared platform. I think there have been hints of a few more sports cars coming to Nissan's line up. If they can spread the costs of a new platform and have some common parts that can be used, it would really help towards making it affordable.
You know what we r all assuming that a targa top would be an automatic operated top which would be heavy or complex. But a targa top can also be manual top which wouldn't be any heavier than a regular roof. As for rigidity... that's another issue.
Not a fan. Reminds me of the Mazda Kabura concept from years ago. fender bulges are nice in moderation not when they seem a separate part of the car.
Here the Kabura
It's pretty nice actually. My only complaint is that front it looks like some kind of transfrormers robot.
But anyways isnt this supposed to be the next Maxima? Way too big to be the Z car.
I definitely want to see a 2+2 setup even if it results in mostly useless rear seats. I think not having any backseat at all limits the amount of potential buyers for the car and sports cars definitely need as much help as possible to sales success... or else they get axed easily.
Anyone notice that all the rumors are looking like they bringing back the Japanese turbo wars of the 90's cars?
Rumors about a 3000GT, Supra, and the Z35 all coming back. I can't wait to see how this all plays out!
Yea you think they woulda learnt their lesson from the 90's when the 300zx stopped selling well because its price creeped too high.
Lets hope they got smart for the Z35 generation and we see a cheaper car (good for us all!)
Holy crap I just randomly searched for a forum for z35 and didn't actually expect to find anything. Glad to see this place exists tho. And great site name ;)
I'm Steve btw.
