Nice car - were you looking to get a new Z and between the 'sh!t show of a rollout' and this coming up you decided to go with a 370z?
I have one and I have to admit - it is a fun car, more and more I feel like I'll just keep the 370z and go a different direction than the new Z to 'wait out the...
Unless I missed something (entirely possible haha) - but do we know how many have been PRODUCED and are going to dealer lots vs how many are sold? Bc If I read the OP's post correctly - that is just sales - not actual production units.
I feel like production units are WAY down and that is part...
The only issue with dealers that are charging ADM or if they are charging MSRP - but optioning them out with EVERY single dealer add on (which to me is still gouging the customer) is that around here - it seems like EVERY dealer has charged markups or added ‘forced options’ - so there will not...
I had heard that a lot of stipulations had to be met in order for the tax credits to actually occur and that a lot of EVs bc of the current price points were making it so they didn't qualify. Granted I didn't look into it that deeply so I could easily be wrong about this - but it seems by your...
In my response above - I meant that the manufacturer would raise the price of vehicles bc if there is a large amount of people willing to buy their cars at a higher price - why miss out on the added revenue, especially if they aren’t able to keep up with demand.
I feel like if car manufacturers aren't getting their 'kick back' with the added ADM - I feel like 2 things will either happen. 1. The used market that we are seeing increase bc of multiple reasons will bring the price of ADM and nonsense like that to be either negociatiable or to bring it down...
My thoughts exactly - I do have to admit - the new Z is a beautiful car and if the base with modding and upgrades make the most sense - I might just have to consider it (at MSRP of course haha)
On one level - if this car WAS the Supra beater, and was taking and beating Mustangs and had nothing but rave reviews - then maybe the ADM could at least be justified. For instance when the Civic Type R first came out - it was not a bad review concerning it - offered what most wanted. Great...
I definitely agree with you - I just know that if I was to lower my Z - I would definitely be picking up some SPL parts; which of course is not cheap. So as it stands right now - my plan is to save up for some of the SPL parts along with some Fortune Autos.
Granted - having everything kinda...
This kinda of feeds into the idea of getting the $40k Z and then do all the suspension upgrades along with a diff - I feel like that would get you to where the performance Z is at and will wind up being a better value.
Still cheaper than boosting the 370z ;) HAHA
Thanks for putting all that together - like others have said - there is a lot of work to do to get the suspension to where most of us would want it to be
The whole 'Don't CALIFORNIA my TX'
I actually saw a license plate on a Tesla - CA license plate that was TX 2.0 - needless to say - I was like 'damn - please don't CA my TX....please' haha
I was wondering about this as well. I know I was following YourAutoAdvocate and even LuckyLopez - both were talking about how the repos are starting to hit the auctions and then how 1/2 of those cars wind up rolling over as more cars come in - thus making people less willing to buy the cars at...
You are right - but my main point is that there was that initial ‘hate’ for the car - even though the car has proven to be quite the sports car. Between comparing it to the old Supra, having the release of the C8 with the ‘base’ (which no one ever saw) being very competitively priced - there...
what i find interesting is how all these reviews are ALL OVER THE PLACE. I feel like it was the same for the Supra when it first came out - now it feels like the Supra 'is the next coming'. Granted I have been 'bitten' as well with all the negative reviews to the point where I now know I won't...
