The hood sits on top of the k and n which makes it sealed. Nice design and can hear the sounds a lot. Only flaw is the installation with the clamps for the filters

any imperfections? there was an edge in the front near the grill where the bumper curves in created a bubble which they had to kinda cut a piece off to get it flat down for me.

Stillen comp is very good and im very happy with the design. Depending if u are ln 9at or mt, it wont be super loud when u are in at due to the higher amount of gears n short shifts. When u go on it feels like it roars very nicely and its a plus for the tips u get. I recommend getting the burnt ones

Depends i guess on the parts you are getting suspension wise but dollar wise nismo would probably be better. If its for the mt ya that would be your route to go

ended up ordering different clamps off amazon, tbolt ones, hope they work better. i cant seem to clamp down the drivers side fully, i got it a couple times tightened down but not to the point where i can pull the filter off
