  1. Help figuring out if these wheels will fit properly

Well that's how it is stock no? 35 rear and 40 front?
  2. Help figuring out if these wheels will fit properly

With the shorter 35's will that also introduce a larger tire<>fender gap?
  3. Help figuring out if these wheels will fit properly

    I'm thinking 265/40/19 front and 285/35/19 rear.
  4. Help figuring out if these wheels will fit properly

I found this website that has specs but can anyone verify this data? https://www.wheel-size.com/size/nissan/z/2024/
  5. Help figuring out if these wheels will fit properly

I'm looking at the Rays Nismo 57CR wheels for my Z. Z1 recommends 19x9.5 +25 in the front and a 19x10.5 +12 in the rear but I don't know what size tire to get so there's no stretching and no rubbing on the fenders. I tried to use this site willtheyfit.com but I can't find the Performance wheel...
  6. 2023 Nissan Z Tyre pressure

When I went the Lime Rock after each hot session I had to deflate the tires back to 32/29. I did notice that the left tires were inflating 3psi more than the right, since Lime Rock is mostly right turns, load goes to the left tires. Next time I go I want to try offsetting the pressure before...
  7. Lifting the Z (or any vehicle with pinch-welds)

I've been placing the jack puck just inside the pinch weld mark on a flatter surface of the frame. For the stands I've been placing them right on the pinch weld.
  8. RZ34 Backup camera replacement

Indeed. Just need to find out the camera's video and power specs to find a better replacement.
  9. Rear differential brace installed - metal on metal buzz @ 4k RPM

When I first got my Z I noticed some metal buzzing when the exhaust was cold, before installing the diff brace. I'd check for any loose bolts/nuts or connections.
  10. Age of Nissan Z owners

When I go to big Z meets, I see the generations of people and the Z's they have. Younger people 20s-30s usually have 350/370s with some 300s here and there. 40-50s have Z's from the 80's and early 90's Then the real old timers have the 1970s Z's. Of course there are exceptions but just what...
  11. Steering wheel cracking

Pay attention to how you enter and exit the car. I had a scratch on my wheel on the lower left side of the wheel. I noticed it lines up perfectly to where my hips cross as I get out of the car.
  12. Current thoughts on MT vs AT

I hope no one is trying to drive an AT on the track without using the paddles in manual mode. In auto mode the 9AT is made for street (even then it can get a little annoying).
  13. OEM Oil Filter part number?

So Z1 sent me the wrong filter twice in the last six months? I don't understand. When did the bulletin come out from Nissan?
  14. OEM Oil Filter part number?

If this is true then all the Z's that are using the F0E filters that according to Nissan is the wrong filter should be having issues right? Also that's the filter Z1 sends in their oil change kits.
  15. OEM Oil Filter part number?

Too late already used F0E on the Z. The longer filter went to the Murano as it already had a longer filter from a previous oil change at a shop. I guess Z1 put my phone call to them into consideration when packing my order.
  16. OEM Oil Filter part number?

I agree but there's always wiggle room between manufacturer's recommend and what actually works. For example: Motherboard and RAM. If you build systems then you know about the "compatible memory" list. According to them only those modules will work. But we all know that's not true since all...
  17. OEM Oil Filter part number?

I just ordered two oil change kits from z1 that include 6qts of OEM nissan oil, filter, and crush washer. I received two different filters, the 65F0E and the 9E01A. Now considering these are sold for the new Z, not sure why Z1 decided "Ah whatever the filters are the same one is longer...
  18. 1200 mile fluid change?

My nephew manages several of his dad's autoshops and he told me some of the newer Mercedes auto trans don't need fluid changes. The Performance 9-speed is a Mercedes trans.
  19. Is the new Z already starting to affect the Supra?

The manual Performance has rev matching so you don't have to heel-toe
