I actually don't know, I didn't fit it myself. I don't THINK there was any drilling involved, all I do know is that the bumper had to come off to get it done.

I don't see that raised bit from the paint there. How did you work around it?

I'll have to look into that, other than buying a new boot it's basically the only other viable option.

it seems far too thick to be an extra coat of paint, I know there's been some quality issues on Nissan's recently but that's astonishing, it genuinely feels thick enough to be a vinyl sticker. If that's the case i may have to look into securing another boot lid.
