Thanks! I'm running Swift springs with 20mm spacers all around. I opted for wider tires (265 mm front, 285 mm rear). Otherwise, I would have used 25mm spacers with the OE tires. There are these plastic air diverters (I think that's what Nissan calls them) under the bumper in front of the tires...
Welcome! Your list looks good. If you're going for an OEM+ look, I would suggest adding lowering springs, wheel spacers, and front splash guards as well.
I recently changed my tires to Conti DWS06, which are 265/35 front and 285/35 rear. Width-wise, the 265 on the front gives the tire more of a square edge than a stretch edge from the 255. 275 on the front OE wheel might give you a bubble look. Height-wise, the OD on the OE 255/40 is 27" and...
Nice to meet you virtually as well, Phil. You'll have to let me know how that ECUTEK stock tune works for you. I plan on getting better tires, Nismo CAI, and Swift Springs this year.
Thanks! When I took that pic, I had just picked up my car. It was at Blue Star Auto Salon for over a week. I got a minor paint correction (the installer said the Nissan paint was excellent quality), full Stek PPF, tint, and ceramic coat.
I got the same trim/color and want to run a similar setup. I am considering slightly wider tires on the OEM wheels 265/35-19 front and 285/35-19 rear. Do you think there would be any rubbing issues with the wider tires and stock alignment? Also, how's the ride with the Swift springs? I've read...
I know the feeling. I got my Z in July and have a full tint, PPF, ceramic coat, and accessories like splash guards, black lugs, Z wheel caps, and a CTEK charger. I plan on doing some minor mods this spring, including AWE track exhaust, Swift Springs, Z1 wheel spacers, and new tires. I got some...
@Ikazuchi6 I got black shank-style lugs from Z1. https://www.z1motorsports.com/lug-nuts-and-accessories/z1-motorsports/shank-type-lug-nuts-chrome-or-black-p-7418.html
Congratulations! I might suggest pulling one lug off to confirm if it is conical or shank style. Nismo lugs are considered aftermarket and use the conical style. The OE wheels use a shank-style lug (flat face w/washer). The use of conical lugs on OE wheels could damage them. At least, this is...
I got my Z wheel caps from the URL below. The part # is T98W3-6GP0A.
