I haven't had a rattle in the door, but I have an issue with the owner's manual sliding around in the rear parcel box when I'm cornering. I need to find something to jam in there to hold it in place.
I gotta say the the Z's manual is the best I've ever driven.
(of course my previous manuals are [reverse order] G37, G35, Tacoma, Jetta, Pathfinder, Eclipse, VF500F, Pathfinder, B210, so maybe not the best of the best)
So my wife (who appears to have better hearing than me) said she noticed a rattle or buzz in the dash when we were driving the other day. I couldn't hear it.
Moral of the story: take care of your ears.
Yeah, no info on it in any manuals. It's probably part of the NissanConnect service. I let my subscription lapse, and now that I think about it, I don't think I've seen the icon for awhile, but it may also be on a screen I rarely use.
Yes. On the 500-mile drive home when I bought my car from a dealer in another state, there was a yellow circle on my dash ? . I thought something was broken, but the car was just trying to tell me it was sunny.
Only 21 2023 Zs remain - only 1 sport. Big influx of 2024s. Currently there are 49 Sport, 351 Performance, and 168 NISMO.
My buddies at Horne Nissan in Globe, AZ have another Performance/6MT/Seiran Blue/Graphite (my spec). This one's a 2024. Funny. I got mine at MSRP from these folks, maybe...
I was just about to ask how involved the "fix" is, but then I saw @TheyCallMeStino's message. I'm not sure I want to risk the headaches if the technician fails to re-install the bumper properly. I wonder if my indie mechanic could do it. Or if I even care.
This is a really good forum. I actually found the other one first, but this one is quite active, not to mention welcoming and full of helpful folks and useful advice. I wasn't in the Z community before the '23 Z, so it's nice to hear folks who had a 370Z or a 350Z reflect on their cars, and...
Yeah, I've found that most of my posts on this forum have been me whining about more minor issues (key fob, misaligned katana, scratched windshield, whatever).
I guess what I fail to say is how much fun this car is to drive. It has so much power and torque, and it can pull in any gear. As a...
A few things I noticed about the Z that I find strange (or at least different than my G37):
Unlocking the hatch also unlocks the doors. The G37 didn't do this, and it took some getting used to. On the G37, while the car was locked, you could open the trunk, grab something, close the trunk, and...
Kinda a boring update this week. There are still 28 23 Zs. The 24s are seeing a trickle in and out.
Updated with data collected on December 8th (compared to December 1st).
Using the zip codes in this V2 area covered map here's a spreadsheet that shows the inventory within the circles (more or...
Sorry about that, Matt.
I notice the bands more, but maybe it's bands of specs and no specs. The bands themselves are hard to see.
In fact adding the red lines makes them even harder to see.
IDK. I'd be interested if other Z owners have seen it.
