This thread reminds me why I never go directly to the dealer to buy a car. I use a broker instead. Did for my Supra as well as my soon to be GR86. Best car buying experience ever.

Glad to see the extra hundred lbs was at least put on 50/50. Was expecting it all to be up front.

The base 3.0 Supra and the 2.0 have half leather seats. The centers are alcantara, which I actually like better than all leather. Its weird cause the CF edition and A91 edition also have the same half leather seats. Premium model is the only one that gets full leather.

I went with the 86 over the BRZ because they say Toyota did something different with the suspension and steering. Also because it was a lot easier for me to get a Toyota at MSRP.

If the Z ends up being $50k here in the states (performance model), that will change my mind completely on getting one. Thats only $2k less than I paid for my Supra.... Not such a bargain at that point.

Tan interior FTW! If only they had a green exterior color to go with it.

After my 350z, I got a CVT Juke. So do I qualify? I also got a Nismo RS after that if it helps.

Might as well do it now. Still a 3-5 month wait if you arent too picky on options. Part of my decision was that I know its going to be a while before you can get a Z without a crazy markup. I can wait. The good thing about Toyota is that you can find dealers that do MSRP only with no hidden fees.

Its not the end of the world. My Zupra isnt going anywhere so I have that for the real fun. Just want a newer DD that is still fun to drive. The GR Corolla is really what I am after but have come to reality that I wont be able to get my hands on one for a really long time. Ill just pick a used...

With no Z launch date in site, it being nearly impossible to get a Core Edition GR Corolla, I have decided to just put a deposit in for a GR86. I will have a couple months to get my deposit back so we will see if any new Z news gets released.

I really hope it is. I didnt hear any shift crackles like most other fast shifting autos (none DCT) so it has me wondering...

But will it be better than the ZF8?

Very lost. I have 2 actually haha. One turbo one supercharged.... Cheap, fun, reliable cars.

I have too many cars so I dont really have a daily but I use these two the most.

Next time I drive my car I will try to remember to take a look how the focus point is. I havent driven it in 2 weeks and probably will be another week before it happens.
