Most people just invite their friends over to help them. I usually do the work on my car but if I can't, I just take it to my friends shop. Those who can't do it themselves or have no connections will end up spending more money
I'm going to make my new Z just like how my 370z was.
CF hood and side panels (fly1motorsports here I come)
Nismo wheels
5% tinted windows
CF mirrors
CF door handles
Rear spoiler
Rear splitter
Sound system
Intake
Test Pipes
Exhaust

I make my own carbon fiber parts so everything...
If this surprises you, people were paying $60k+ for a Type R when they came out. This is something as simple as you can afford it or you can't. I guarantee you won't see the base model going for less than $48k. You won't see these prices drop for the next 3-4 years
Not necessarily paid by them but if you think about it, the Supra's numbers on the Dyno were lower than the new Z, except for the torque, no way in hell it puts a bus length. I've played with stock Supra's with my tuned 370z and none of them gapped me that much. Which is why I call bs on this one.
So you will not buy a car based on some video you watched on YouTube? A lot of those videos are paid by other competitors. Good, one less of you to worry about! ?
That's what I did when I purchased my '17 Base 370. People thought it was a Nismo. But now I really don't have the time to be swaping all that. I would only swap the tires with the ones on the picture, and lower it on BC coilovers, test pipes and exhaust.
The LSD alone is around $3k lol. Installing an LSD is an intense job. Bembro/wilwood (front) caliper kits are around +2k alone not including front rotors. You already +5k. The Sport trim doesn't have SynchroRev Match. You will also need to tune if you want to have launch control. Hopefully the...
You really think people are gonna get the new Z at 45k without paying any dealer markups? lol. Nissan nor any bank will NOT let you finance a +45k car if you have a poor credit.
It is more than leather seats and sound system. The performance trim offers bigger brakes/calipers, bigger tires, LSD, bigger touchscreen, Alcantara, etc. This is the reason why I'm going after the performance package.
It has an aftermarket lip. But the front of the Z looks way better then the Supra's front 100%. Not just the front, the entire car looks more beautiful than the Miata I mean Supra
