From what I know, you only get the C&I Z Reservation form from the dealer if you go reserve in person here in Canada. The confirmation email (and I assume reservation number as well) are for online orders.

Sadly, Feb 2 was the last day to get a guaranteed pre-order in before they opened reservations to the public.

It's ILLEGAL for dealers to mark the price up in Canada, at least I know this is 100% true for a pre-order and might even be true for normal orders as even my local BMW dealer isn't doing markups...and that's BMW. So rest assured, your pre order will not be marked up.

As nice as those things are to have, they hold no sway in the final decision for me. If a car was scored out of 1000, maybe 2 or 3 points for either of those categories while the main categories would be in the hundreds. They just have nothing to do with the overall value proposition of a sports...

Yeah I gotta say, kinda annoying how a car otherwise perfect for me has this Achilles' heel. Placed my pre-order today. I'm hoping it's under 50,000 CAD for the performance model. Max I would tolerate is 55, but that's really pushing it.
