I own a 2022 3LT Z51 C8 and it’s an amazing car but no manual. :) I want a manual to enjoy that input and control!

I will never own another BMW:( sadly have had 2 and both were POS!

Unfortunately the others options out there for a Manual are so limited now:( what I want is a clean/classic looking 6spd manual import car. So what is left is BMW M3 or Porsche Cayman/Boxster all are much higher priced. So I guess I will eat the ADM this time.

Fact is I have a really good relationship with this dealership and the salesperson. I was told they are at 1% of Normal inventory so they are just trying to make it up anywhere else they can. In fact they originally wanted to add 5k worth of dealer add on's called performance package (bullshit)...

7% sales tax in Indiana...among the lower taxes in the US:) And we have 6.1 Billion surplus in the bank:)

After I paid my deposit my final price populated per salesperson. OMG. 65k for a Z seems insane! What else could I buy for that amount? Is it worth it?? Thoughts?

@Captain_Kirk. I just got my notice that my Proto Spec Populated at the local Dealership and will be in by September.

Question for the Aussie's.....How many Proto Specs will be available in Australia? I am told 240 in US. Just Curious.

I should Clarify that I have been on my Dealerships verbal list...no deposit...oral agreement that I would be granted the 1st Z to show up.

Just talked to my Salesguy at local Nissan Dealership and he informed me that his dealership is getting just (1) (My order)Proto spec and nothing else for the foreseeable future. This dealership is the largest multi-location Nissan Dealer in Indiana too. Not good news for Nissan Z fans!

The only reason I’m willing to pay 10k markup is the fact that I am a serous Z fan. I spent 6 years building my 71 240z restomod and I have a 90 300zx. Need the New Z for the stable to complete the package! I have never paid over MSRP till now. A few pics for all the Z fans out there?
