Stillen can't tune for down pipes. Just very basic stuff. It's really not a big deal to me. I just wanted the extra boost! The trucontrol is really just a budget store bought tune.
Kyle said they can't support LDPs. I have the Z1 drop in filters, LDPs and Stillen competition cat back. I'm pretty much done with the car anyway until I blow up these turbos!
It's the same, just different UI.
I wish Stillen offered a buy back program towards this new device. The V1's big selling point was lifetime OTA updates. I'm pretty bummed out about it all.
Any good shop will advise you don't paint the grill. It will never last or hold up. Adhesion is going to be a mfer on all those nooks and angles. I would never consider painting the grill. I'm a former body and paint tech.
Kyle explained this is basically a hardware upgrade. No extra power, etc.
I am extremely disappointed that Stillen has discontinued their Bluetooth support for the V1.
You have to mail them in for any additional mods you do to your car.
I got the Mo Powa from a veteran on eBay. No cats, but has resonators. I can't judge the sound because I'm almost straight piped.
They fit fine from what I can tell. I paid $290 and the seller is faster than anyone I've ever dealt with! Beautiful welds too!
Pipe is pipe. If it fits, who cares...
I'm running Stillens trucontrol, Z1 drop in filters, Catless LDPs, and Stillen competition exhaust. Would I be faster with a Dyno tune? Yes! Is it worth the money for a few HP? NAH!
