I just be as careful as I can not to wipe it. I use meguiar's rich leather cleaner. I have scratched my wheel a few times with my rings and this stuff makes it smooth as silk again.

I wish I didn't get the Z1 under-shroud, the honeycomb pattern for the vent duct just traps a ton of leaves in it. I have had issues with a few other of their products I have had to return. Return process is a nightmare too. I am in the same boat. Not a big Z1 fan.
