Thanks. Well there is usually about 15% drive train loss so 415 RWP calculates out to 477 at the crank which is very close to the estimated 480 by AAM.
Agree with @DevonK
It's my understanding that reviewers like @drive615 still haven't been told when to expect they can do a review of the car hands on.
Right @drive615 ?
Any of you that have a Q50/Q60 worked with AAM Competition on a tune?
Just chatting with them and in a Red Sport they claim to get 480 HP / 480 Torque at the crank with just a tune.
Just looking for experience as their tune will likely work on the new Z. If it is ever actually manufactured :)
What I don't understand is that an active exhaust means that valves are opened based on conditions. Why not just put same exhaust on manual with valves open instead of putting quieter exhaust on?
Yeah the farther this goes on the less interested I become, the Army Trix exhaust is an option but the cost for that on a 370z is 3k.
We still do not even know the pricing, I'm giving this another 30 days then I'm out. I will opt for a Corvette C7 2014 - 2016 M7 with Z51 package, can get one...
