Tire Pressure Monitor

Might be getting a set of of aftermarket wheels. If I don't have the sensors, would the warning light on the dash board just lid up for a few seconds and then stayed solid? Just want to make sure its not like a Xmas lights in the car LOL!

I have changed wheels and the rears don’t send a signal anymore. Nissan says it’s the thickness of the new rims. It doesn’t flash forever on the dash, but a solid orange light stays on after a few flashes.

Thank you. Just like the Miata ND, it stays solid after a few flashes. It never bothered me. Some folks on the forum used black electrical tape to cover the area LOL!!

It’s a logo on the dash monitor/screen, not sure you’ll be able to cover with tape
