yeah, the pics of the 'leaked' z's looked so production ready, i was sure it would be out waaay sooner...

Interesting article I found. It seems they are re-tooling the Tochigi plant completely to increase automation. The article says the factory shold be up and running sometime before April. It also says electric, e-power, and internal combustion models can be built on the same line. Going by this, I think its reasonable to expect production of the new Z to begin on the same timeline.

Yeah, since we don't know manufacturing schedule yet (as far as I've seen?) and this is just across two months, I'm hoping this setback is temporary. Also doesn't specify which models are being reduced, or how much per model, etc. I know I'm grasping at straws here, but still trying to remain optimistic.
583,000 for two months is still substantial.
I’m not stressing
