Leaked from an undisclosed warehouse in Los Angeles.

More info from @Andaesthetics:

  • These pictures and videos were taken in LA. The leaker works at the LA port where the cars arrived.
  • The cars pictured are basically production ready. Some things are probably not 100% but make no mistake this is 99% the finished car. Patent images leaked a month or 2 ago show a lot of what we're seeing in the flesh here (for example the driver assistance sensor in the grille, front and rear sensors on the bumpers, side reflectors, etc. Also notice the air bag warning labels)
  • Take note of the top oval grille shapes now being body color instead of black. Hides that big rectangle shape that was very controversial and personally I like this look much better to be honest.
  • 2 cars were delivered to LA, the silver which is manual and the grey which is automatic.
  • These cars are most likely going to automotive journalist outlets then being toured around the US this summer.

Love it in gray.

Looks like the black roof and spoiler are options on the car which is great. I hope they have an option to black out the front grille. I don't want that metallic look.

Rims look great. No GTR brakes as assumed.

Wow that gray looks fantastic. I think the yellow they originally showed just did this car no favors.
Agree, I also think in this dark gray the controversial grille doesn't pop out as much.

  1. 1st pic I've seen of the automatic.
  2. Yes to the rear spoiler!
  3. Happy to see the Proto wheel design survived
  4. I figured that the larger, drilled rotors would probably be available as an upcharge factory option.
  5. Agree with above post that color matching the roof and "Katana blade" looks more cohesive

Thanks to the OP for these pics, I was jonesing for new material

These are pre-production as they have the sensors and turn signals.

Thanks OP. I love the looks...and it comes with its' own Star Trek "communicator". I would be interested in the MT...Nice to see something different than the yellow. I painted my last Z car, a '78, a Mitsubishi color called "Maui Lagoon Blue", with a touch of white pearl added. If they offered this car, in a similar blue, I could be persuaded to give up my current sports car, depending on confirmed specs/performance. What's the latest release date info?

This was probably taken in Arizona for heat testing.
