Uhh... I think it was $56k with all the extra insurance plans included... I put down $20k, I wound up with 9.74-god-damned-% for 48 months. And I have an 820 credit score. That is used car interest for someone with a 200 credit score and virtually no income.

The financial industry in the US needs some heads on pikes... and I mean every frigging word of that. Bastards.

EDIT - I will be paying these pricks off within 18 months.

I just got mine a few weeks ago, mine was 3.9% over 3 years i think it was, however when asked about going 36months to say 48 or even 60, but apparently they would only honor 3.9 finance for 3 years. that was before i told them of the deposit i was putting down as well.

Brand new vehicles should only be able to be financed directly through manufacturers. IE - If Nissan dealer is accepting the financing application, Nissan should have to hold the loan.,, the dealer should not even be able to work a deal with an outside lender.

My guess is every loan sent to an outside lender has some sort of kickback to the dealership.... likely 1.5%-2% added to the rate.

I like that dealer, but man do I want to go burn that place down, that was some real ghetto bullshit they pulled, lol.

I just did a search and all I can find is $6k off on Nismo and performance models, can't find any mention of financing deals except for other models.

I believe this rate and term is through NMAC so would obviously have to be financed through Nissan directly and qualify for whatever their credit standard is
