No one but Nissan can really say, but I think it's very unlikely. The VR30 has enough headroom to produce the kind of power levels that a Nismo would deliver.
Every track review I've seen of the Z, the VR30 gets unanimous praise.

Also, the acceleration is very good, trap speed only -1 mph from the BMW.
The chassis is the letdown. It's 20 years old now. I highly doubt Nissan can get the chassis to be truly competitive with modern performance cars. More power=more mess.
From what I've heard of the new 9AT, it's nearly as bad as the 7AT.But I think the weakness is Mercedes 9AT on the track
