I'm craving some Viet food today.

I never had a bánh xèo that way before. Usually, it's filled with bean sprouts, yellow beans, onions, pork, and shrimp.

I made thick cut grilled cheese and tomato soup today. Havarti and Gouda on thick sliced Italian in a cast iron with REAL butter. Forgot to take a picture but the misses didn't fail...

Yes, real butter and cast iron makes ALL the difference. Plastic spoons with tomato soup are also god mode. Trust me.
