Right, it is illegal in all fifty states to modify emissions components. Has been for decades.

^ Except he didn't modify any of the car's emissions components (if it even had any to start with) ... he added a totally separate air-con system. Plus it may not even be in America anyway.

I own a few...
Hate to be that guy, but deleting emissions equipment to just to make a fraction more horsepower on your daily driver is not a "responsible" enthusiast to motorsport. They sell high flow cats if you need a bigger diameter for a reason. I love modifications, but I also enjoy breathing clean air.

And this is nothing new... OBD I, OBD II, the industry will adapt and survive. Soon we'll all be driving electric cars anyways....
