Correct, with keys in hand if I push the rear release, I hear nothing. Same with pushing the release on the center console with the car unlocked.

Just started experiencing this problem where the center or rear hatch release switches won’t open. I was able to get it open with the hidden mechanical hatch release lever. Is there a fuse that controls the switches I should check? It’s like there is no power as it doesn’t sound like the hatch...
