Finishing touch on the CF rear brace:

Installed CF side mirror covers and the Seibon CF rear brace. Accessing the rear brace required gutting all interior panels from the doors back, but I like it. The brace was matte finish, so I wrapped it in XPel PPF before installing it.

Did a super important mod. Added a little sticker to the right of the latch on the hood that reads “5.6 QTS” so I don’t have to look it up every time I do an oil change. 😂

There are more detailed discussions of ANC/ASE settings in other threads, but short answer: There’s maybe a bit more road noise, I can accurately hear my AWE Touring exhaust, and my new sub isn’t making insane noises.

Used an Autel diagnostic scanner to turn off ANC & ASE: Replaced the Bose sub with a Cerwin Vega VPSTX12 powered sub:

The strut mounts are M8. That tool will do M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, M10.

Replaced the Cusco strut brace I installed on 5/1 with a Seibon CF one:

I think you’re correct. You could probably modify the cover, but it’s an awfully pricey part to be cutting.

You should also consider getting the radiator cover. I love that it hides the ugly white tanks.
