Ams performance did back to back dyno of a Supra and 400z. Supra dynoed higher by a lot. You can probably find it on their Facebook. I see it posted everything on the Supra groups

Tyres isn’t going to fill that two bud gap. I was here for the same reason we all were; to get a 35,000$ car faster than the Supra. Obviously this news sucks. But sadly the Supra is superior at this point.. maybe the NISMO will change that

Diff and open block are very limiting compared to the Supra.. Hopefully the ecus are unlocked. Supra boys are paying like 5k just for the unlock rn.. that’s half your mod money gone without any performance gain

Umm how? It’s a BMW Z4 with 12k knocked off the price. + When 385 hp ties in a 1/4 mile with a 470 hp car then it shows how much that number really matters. The ONLY thing the Z is better at is the looks. Period.

Im not seeing the point.. How will that makes much of a difference if it has a slightly better engine? Either way it’s a bmw engine. Personally I’m more disappointed they didn’t go dct than I am 6 speed. Faster = better imo

Tell the entire truth with claims like this. Toyota DOES have the most recalls, they also sell the most cars out of everyone. It’s more important to view them all as an equal ratio. Let’s find out how many recalls / lemons per 10,000 of each company, then discuss. Numbers without backstory are...

I’m here for just NISMO news. I’d probably pick one up if they are good modding platforms. But if this base Z is in the 50s then there will be a lot of people dropping out. You could get a slightly used Jaguar F-Type S or used R for that price. But personally I’d probably rather get a Shelby 350...
