The side profile pic gives a beautiful view of the body line from tip of the bumper, through the fender to quarter. Good lighting, straight through the door handle.
Having OG STi brembos and driven a Wrx with 4 piston AP racing brakes, I can say it’s not all about pistons... the AP racing’s are on a whole different level.
I’ll suffice to say that for me, there’s way too many red flags... I’ll keep my opinions to myself but I would implore people to do their homework and be educated to see all sides of the coin.
Thank you, Sir! This makes me happy to hear. Just out of curiosity, do you know if it’s the same as the paint on the Proto? Apparently it’s been discussed somewhere but I can’t find it... To me it looked like I higher end pearl, maybe and ice pearl was used on the Proto... just curious.
Yes, it’s all about pricing.. Don’t get me wrong, if it’s a $5k markup for the performance as people are thinking.. then that’s fine and well... if it’s a $10k markup, that’s a different story.. minimum, coil overs, wheels and maybe exhaust have to be changed for my tastes.
Depends what the mark up is for the performance brakes (assuming Akebono). You could likely get a better performer for cheaper aftermarket... really all comes down to pricing for me. Wheels and suspension will change for sure. Having 4/2 pot STi brembos, I would rather have some AP racing 4...
