Hopefully they know not to repeat the mistakes of NSX, Supra and others with a really drawn out release. Especially since the Z Proto isn't even so much a concept (as the Toyota FT-1 was to Supra) than it is a preview of the production version.
There's a lot of unknowns obviously but let's have some guesses about pricing based on what we know and can guess.
I've seen estimates all over the place in the media articles. Anywhere from starting price in the mid-30s to mid-upper 40s. Most are not based on any info.

Just about every review from auto folks who have seen it in person were very impressed with the design and acknowledged that it looks worse behind the lens and in the yellow show color. I'm taking this as a good sign that many of us will feel the same.
