Agreed, 500 in total globally makes little sense. The Z Proto is currently advertised in Mexico, New Zealand and China too.

Wow, there must have been many more early orders than we realise. I'd love to know if there's any Coupés in this shipment. I've heard rumours of Protos, Coupés and possibly a few demo allocations arriving first up.

Apparently there's 30 Proto cancellations in the system right now. I'd call the dealer.

Speaking with someone in the know, you should have your very early Coupe allocation confirmed by Nissan Australia within the next 2 week, they will allegedly contact us directly. I see no advantage in signing any more dealer paperwork until then.

😞 With 1000+ preorders in the system and cars allegedly sold out well into mid next year, it’ll be insulting if they do spray demo cars all over the country before looking after their very patient customers.

Congrats!! I assume that they've offered you a cancelled early allocation? It seems that submitted orders may now be locked in, perhaps these really are further into production than we realise?! Will be very interested to hear if your paperwork includes the much desired VIN. 🤞
