Is it realistic to visit my local Nissan dealership and order a new 2026 Nissan Z, or do they have minimal allocations, also should I expect dealer mark-ups over MSRP or maybe even discounts? Thank you.

I hope that happens, but it's possible that Nissan will restrict that badge to 2027 owners only, hopefully not. They did this to the Dodge Demon whereas they would not sell you certain Demon parts unless you had proof of ownership.
