This is, unfortunately, more common than we would like. Lazy/busy service techs who skip items and cut corners. Especially when they compare the odometer to the service schedule and assume that because the car hasn't done the logbook kms yet, it won't matter if they skip things.
It's complete...
I have a 370Z. For the last couple of years I've been resisting the urge to upgrade to a new Z or Supra. If I'm honest I don't need the extra power and tech, but it sure would be nice to have. 🤔
Nissan Z, the true exotic car.
I've seen a grand total of about 3 new Z's on the roads around me in SEQ since release. I see more 911s, R8s and Huracans than Z's. About the only sportscar that is rarer is the Emira... I have yet to see a single one in the wild.
Makes it all the more special...
How did you manage to get it as a factory order, if it isn't an official option here? I hope they make it an option for 2025 orders. I'm so over the limited silver/grey/black/burgundy colour range here. They really need to bring the actual colours back to the Aussie range.
This 2025 red is a pearl or metallic like passion red was, right? I hope so. I feel like the metallic/pearl reds look classier on Z cars than flat reds.
I don't know why Nissan don't make more of a deal about offering sportier and lower suspension as a factory/dealer installed option. Maybe they do in the states? But not downunder. If you want decent suspension you have to go straight to the aftermarket after buying your brand new car. Seems...
Mods typically don't add any money to resale values - if anything, they can detract as both dealers and 2nd hand buyers tend to prefer stock cars on the theory they haven't been as abused or tampered with.
Yeah, Nismo 370Zs that are a few years old now are still listed at mid AUD 60K. So basically, they're asking the original full MSRP from when they were new.
That's pretty bold seeing as how lightly used new Zs, less than a year or two old, are going for the same money now i.e. mid 60K. I've...
Any updates on the colours for next year? Really bummed about the bland and limited range available in Australia right now (silver, black, grey, rosewood).
Hoping white makes a return, along with red, blue and yellow.
Anyone know if the new colours will come with the black roof option, or...
That's true, but I don't understand why people, especially car reviewers, care so much. The important things (that people complained about being outdated) were updated - the digital gauge screen and infotainment screen. It now has a better digital instrument screen than the Supra, or the hideous...
Another Aussie checking in. What's the current status re new Z orders downunder? Anyone know if the order books are open again? If so, what's the expected wait for a car nowadays?
I noticed this as well. It's left the Aussie range looking extremely bland. You can have any colour you want as long as it's a shade of grey. Hopefully Nissan deal with any QC issues and restore some actual sports car colours to the range.
