The car is double wishbone up front, not McPherson strut. Coil-over is just coil-over shock packaging for the spring/shock in the front unlike the rear that is a divorced spring/shock multi-link.
Just a note, increasing the viscosity won't do much to raise the idle/low engine rpm oil pressure much. These engines have an oil pressure relief solenoid that vents oil pressure at low engine speeds for better gas mileage.
