Stalling a car never sounds good. When I was a teenager learning stick, I heard similar sounds when I stalled. I'm sure you're fine, just take your time releasing the clutch and you won't hear it anymore.

I had a similar accident with my 370z and it wasn't totaled, but like splatrd said, until you see the structure it's difficult to tell. Definitely push the insurance for a diminished value payoff because this will cost you when you sell the car. Good luck, never fun to deal with this stuff.

It works as a digital rear view mirror and it does it well. It’s only been 2 days but so far I love this feature the most. I get a very wide fov and it’s very clear. I can see all of the lanes behind me and it helps awareness much more than I expected.
